Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026
The rules both sides agree to, written plainly.
1. The service
Models2You, operated by Lux Models, connects clients with verified professional models for events, promotional and brand work, hosting, atmosphere, photography and similar professional engagements. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
- Models must pass identity, age and portfolio review before appearing. Clients must pass identity review before booking.
- Give accurate information, keep it current, and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Professional conduct
Models2You is a professional modeling and social atmosphere marketplace. Every booking is strictly platonic and professional. Sexual services, dating arrangements, escort services or requests for sexual activity are prohibited and end an account on either side.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, intoxication that affects safety, and recording anyone without consent are also prohibited.
4. Bookings
- On demand bookings take place at verified commercial locations. Custom addresses are available only to trusted clients.
- The model taps On my way, checks in on arrival, and starts the booking when she meets the client. Booking time begins at Start. Travel time is not booking time.
- Booked hours, location and purpose are set when you book. Changes to the scope of work must be agreed by both sides in the app.
- Keep communication in the app. Arranging or paying for bookings outside Models2You to avoid the platform is not allowed.
5. Prices and payment
The price is shown before you confirm a booking. Payment is collected through our payment processor, and the model's payout is released after the booking ends. Prices may change for future bookings but never for a booking you have already confirmed.
6. Cancellations and no shows
- Cancelling before a model accepts is free.
- Cancelling within 10 minutes of a model accepting, before she is on her way, is free.
- After that, if the model is on her way or on site, the model is paid 30% of her booking payout for her travel. Models2You takes no fee on it.
- A model who cancels or does not show receives a strike. Repeated strikes, late cancellations or no shows on either side can lead to suspension.
7. Ratings, reports and safety
Both sides rate every booking. Ratings and reports are reviewed by a person and can lead to warnings, suspension or removal. If you feel unsafe at any time, leave and contact local emergency services first, then report it in the app.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You give us permission to host and display it within Models2You and its listings so we can operate and promote the service, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
9. Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts anyone at risk. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Account, Delete account, or at models2you.app/delete-account.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided as is. We verify identities and review conduct, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of any user and we are not responsible for what happens outside the app.
To the extent the law allows, Lux Models is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid or earned through Models2You in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your conduct at a booking.
11. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new date at the top, with notice in the app or by email for significant changes. Questions: models2uapp@gmail.com.
