Privacy Policy

We collect what it takes to verify people and run safe, professional bookings, and nothing for advertising. Here is exactly what that means.
1. Who we are
Models2You is operated by Lux Models ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Models2You app and the website at models2you.app. Questions go to models2uapp@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Account. Your email address, your name, and whether you joined as a client or a model.
Verification. We confirm the identity and age of every model and client before they can book or be booked. We record that verification happened and its outcome. We do not store images of ID documents.
Client details. Whether you book as an individual or a business, and for a business its name and website.
Model profile. Display name, bio, comp card details you choose to give (such as height, hair and eye color, sizes, languages, experience, certifications), the categories you work in, and links to your social media.
Photos and video. Portfolio media you upload. Location and camera data embedded in files is removed when they are uploaded.
Location. For models: your precise location while you are online and available, when you check in at a booking, and an approximate home area for scheduled availability. For clients: your device location, if you allow it, to show distances, and the address of each booking.
Bookings. Date, time, place, purpose, duration, status and the times each step happened (accepted, on the way, arrived, started, ended).
Messages. Messages you send in the app. They are screened automatically for safety and may be reviewed by our team when flagged or reported.
Ratings and reports. Ratings and reviews you give and receive, and any safety reports.
Device and technical data. A notification token for your device if you turn notifications on, and basic security logs (such as IP address, browser or app version, and sign-in times).
Payments. When payments are enabled they are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
3. How we use it
- To run bookings: showing who is available, sending requests to nearby models, navigation to the booking, check in, and booking time.
- To verify identity and age and keep the platform safe, including reviewing reports, flagged messages and ratings.
- To send sign in codes, booking updates and notifications you have allowed.
- To provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. What other people can see
Verified clients see a model's display name, approved photos, categories, ratings, and an approximate area and distance. Never her exact location, contact details, or legal name.
A model sees the client's name and rating when a request reaches her, and the booking address once she accepts.
Clients who have not been verified see no model profiles or locations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The app contains no advertising or third party tracking.
We use service providers that process data for us under contract: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, file storage for photos, map tiles (map providers receive the map area being viewed, not your account), Apple and Google for push notifications, and, when enabled, a payment processor.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety in an emergency, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your name, email, phone, photos, profile, location and devices, and sign you out everywhere.
Booking records, reviews, messages and safety reports are kept after deletion without your name, because the other person in a booking relies on them and we need them for safety, disputes, and legal and tax obligations. We keep these only as long as those purposes require.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile in the app, turn location and notifications off in your phone's settings, and delete your account at any time in the app under Account, Delete account, or from models2you.app/delete-account.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. Email models2uapp@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
8. Adults only
Models2You is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and verification blocks anyone under 18 from using the service.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sign in uses one time codes rather than passwords, and access to personal information inside our team is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
